Lisa has worked half time at the practice since 1998. She covers all areas of General practice with expertise in Antenatal care and Women’s health. She also does shoulder joint injections. Her roles include Patient Reference Group lead. She works on Mondays and Thursdays and some Fridays.

Matthew enjoys all areas of General Practice though has a particular interest in Old Age Psychiatry. Outside work he is a keen photographer. Having trained in the practice and been a salaried GP, he became a partner in 2016. His day off is Tuesday.
Dr Victoria Jepson

Victoria trained at Islip as a GP registrar in 2013-15, and rejoined us in April 2016. She has been a partner at the practice since April 2018. She covers all areas of general practice but has a particular interest in elderly medicine and skin problems. She is also responsible for training the junior doctors in the practice. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, walking the dog and is a keen runner. She works in the practice on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Dr Sam Hart

Sam joined the practice as a salaried GP in April 2018 and liked it so much that he became a partner in 2019. He works all day Wednesday and Friday. He has interests in skin problems, musculoskeletal medicine (offering joint injections), and also diabetes and lifestyle medicine. He has a young family which takes up most of his spare time, though he enjoys running, cycling and football.

Jennifer enjoys all areas of General Practice with a particular interest in skin surgery, dermatology and women’s health. She works Tuesday, Friday and some Wednesdays.

Emma recently joined the practice in December 2021. She thrives on her relationships with patients offering a caring and holistic approach. Emma is also progressive and innovative in her work and committed to being a champion of patient values and service provision within the evolving landscape of General Practice. She is an enthusiastic cook and enjoys skiing holidays with her family. She works 5 sessions a week: all day Tuesday, Thursday and mostly half day on a Friday.

Lizzie trained at Islip as a GP registrar in 2023-2024 and joined us as a salaried GP in 2024. She covers all areas of general practice but particularly enjoys dermatology. She works on Mondays and Thursdays and is currently also studying towards the Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology qualification at Cardiff University.
