You can order an NHS repeat prescription from our dispensary or your usual pharmacy simply online.

How to order a repeat prescription

If you are registered for Patient Access

You can get a prescription online using the NHS App. You will need to choose a pharmacy to prepare your prescription and collect your medication from.

You will also need:

  • An online account.
  • The name of the medication and dosage.
  • To be at least 17-years old.

If you are NOT registered for Patient Access

Request a Repeat prescription using our online services and choose "I have an admin or routine request". Requests through this route may be restricted to our opening hours, in which case please use the NHS App / Patient Access.

Please allow 3 working days before collecting your prescription.

How your pharmacy can help

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can help you with minor health concerns. They can offer medical advice and over-the-counter medicines for minor illnesses like coughs, colds, tummy problems and aches and pains.

The NHS prescription charges apply to England only.
