Violence Policy

The NHS is the largest employer in Britain and we expect a lot from our staff, but we want them to feel valued and appreciated.

Even at difficult times we are trying to do our best for you, so please treat us with dignity and respect.

Violence towards any members of staff will not be tolerated. We do not expect our staff to be subjected to any form of verbal abuse, threatened, or assaulted in anyway. We may pursue legal action if staff are injured or if property is damaged.
